Hello!! Sorry for the intrusion, hehehe. My name is Felipe, and until recently, I have been editing games for the Spectrum on cassette. Due to personal and work reasons, I’m going to stop editing, and I'm saying goodbye with a compilation of homebrew games for The Spectrum on USB. I want it to be the best and most complete compilation of homebrew games that has ever been made. It will be a non-profit edition, just to provide users of The Spectrum with a pack to spend hours and hours in front of their ZX. I’ve seen some of your games on Itch.io and wanted to ask if you would be interested in contributing any of your ZX games to this compilation. I already have legendary creators from the scene on board, but I’d also like to reach out to you. It can be one game, two, or as many as you want, in .TAP format. Even simply granting me permission and letting me know which games I could include would be enough, and I can download them from Itch.io. We have created a system where the games will be encrypted, and no one will be able to use them digitally; they will only be playable on their The Spectrum, Divide, or computer. My email is playonretro@gmail.com. Best regards, and thank you very much.
Hello! I sent you an email a few days ago. Please let me know if can't find it
I cannnot find eheheh confirmed my good-for-nothingness :P
Ok, no problem.I guess I'm giving you a response here:
Fisrt of all thanks for your interest. Regarding your request, YES, you may include any of my work in your compilation as long as:
- It is stated that my games are available for free on this site
- The charges will be reasonable and meant only to cover costs, and / or the idea is to provide a free downloadable image
- If you want to include the krasplib examples (I would only really recommend the platformer but it's still too small and unpolished) please state that they are just examples of the krasplib development tool, available for free on this site, including the examples' sources
Other than that, I'm currently working on the sequel to La Manula, which will luckily be released in a few weeks. It could be nice if it could make it before the deadline but don't wait for me
Best regards and keep up the good work!
Thanks a lot!!!! It will be a low cost collection adn wil hours and hours of work non-paid!! but A lot of new players will be able to play new games for them. I will add a link to your itch.io :)
THANKS AND THANKS!!!! You so kind!!
You are welcome!
By the way, it seems I could finish La Manula 2 before schedule, I have just published it. Check it if you would like and feel free to include it too in your compilation if it's still possible
Nice game!
